Twenty-eight Americans and five Polish nationals were aboard the El Faro ship, and authorities will continue to search for them, the Hill reported.

Coast Guard officials have been searching for the ship for days, facing down 100 mile-per-hour winds on Saturday. Sunday’s weather was much balmier and clearer and rescue crews were able to find life jackets and ship containers in the sea.

El Faro’s carried 400 containers and 300 trailers and cars.
