Key Old Testament passages are also included when critical to Bible prophecy timeline.

The Bible prophecy timeline is based on the gospel passages of Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21.

75 days are added after the Great Tribulation based on Daniel 12:11-13 and Luke 21:26-28.

The first seal is opened after the start of the Great Tribulation. See Daniel 12:4-13.

The “Day of the Lord” is the day Jesus Christ returns to earth at His second coming. See Zechariah 14:1-15, Joel 1-3, I Thessalonians 5:1-11, 2 Peter 3:10-12, Obadiah 15-18, Zephaniah 1:1-2:11.

The rapture occurs on the last day (prior to the millennial kingdom). See John 6:39, John 6:40, John 6:44, John 6:54. There are also verses which put the rapture prior to the Second Coming (Revelation 17:14). It seems the Rapture and the Second Coming are spoken of as one event. I’m not convinced in my own mind yet, which event occurs first. I would love to go though the Great tribulation to see the Lord’s return. What a great day that will be!

Believers and unbelievers are raised from the dead at the same time. Believers to the resurrection of life and unbelievers to a resurrection of judgment. See John 5:28-30, Daniel 12:1-2.

The Bible prophecy timeline chart is based on the gospel passages therefore the Book of Revelation is not necessarily in chronological order.

Bible prophecy Timeline Chart includes nearly all New Testament future Bible prophecy passages.
